The Arts District, Main Street Garden, and soon to open Klyde Warren Park (Woodall Rodgers Park) are just a few of the recent projects that are bringing residents back to Downtown Dallas. Many of Downtown’s historic buildings have been converted into modern high rise apartments or industrial lofts. If you’ve ever envisioned yourself living in a high rise in Dallas, you need to check out some of these buildings.
Last Friday I stopped by a one of my favorite properties to get some pictures of their recent upgrades. Even though it’s not completely finished, you can already see what a big difference these updates will make.
