Downtown Dallas has repositioned itself not only as the largest employment center in North Texas, but now offers Downtown Dallas lofts in historic high rise buildings, urban apartments with city views and luxury high rise living. The Woodall Rodgers Park, a 5.2-acre deck park will create an urban green space that is scheduled to be finished in early 2012. Plans include walking trails, a dog park, children's playground, water features and a restaurant. Currently, downtown residents can enjoy Main Street Garden park, which opened next to the courthouse on Main St. in early 2010.
