By now everyone has noticed the cranes soaring over Hi Line drive in the Design District, just west of Victory Park. After a year of construction, the newest residential high rise to join the Dallas skyline has just announced the completion date of their first set of apartments. Floors 6 – 10 are scheduled to be ready for move-in on July 1st.<\/p>\n

I stopped by the building yesterday to get more info from their marketing center, and was able to tour a sample floor plan. WOW. This place going to be amazing. The attention to detail, resident amenities and panoramic city views are stunning. When complete, there will be 23 floors, 11 penthouse homes (4 of which have already pre-leased for Jan 2013 move-in!) over 300 residences and a roof-top deck that is nearly one acre.<\/p>\n
