The Railroad Studios in the Cedars are now under new ownership and are re-opening in September of 2013. \u00a0The Railroad Studios were originally developed by the late\u00a0Bennett Miller<\/a>, best known for restoring Dallas’ historic buildings as residential lofts. After decades of residential use, the City of Dallas discovered the building had never been zoned for residential use, which lead to the forced closure of the Railroad Studios.<\/p>\n
