This is a very popular location, so I don&#8217;t imagine it will last long. It&#8217;s a 1045 sqft, partially underground open loft. Being underground really helps keep the energy bills low in the summer, and it still has a window with natural light. It&#8217;s listed at $1100\/month on a 1 year lease. No washer\/dryer connections, but the laundry facility is on the same level and just around the corner.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-216 gallery-columns-2
