Has the thought of creating a unique office environment in a loft ever crossed your mind? Over the past few years, I’ve helped quite a few commercial tenants find just that. The type of space that you envision every tech start-up company working in. Open layout, no cubicles, exposed brick walls, bean bags in the corner.<\/p>\n

Downtown, Deep Ellum, and the Design District are the only neighborhoods in Dallas (that I’m aware of) that have this type of unconventional office space. The kind of thing you won’t find on loopnet. \u00a0I’ve found places for designers, hair dressers, photographers, contractors, entrepreneurs and tech companies, including\u00a0Send Inc.<\/a>, Aquabar<\/a>, MKDunn Studios<\/a>\u00a0and Margo West Bridal Alterations<\/a>.<\/p>\n
