We get calls regularly from people looking for a true warehouse loft with private patio, or even harder to come by, a private yard area. Typically we don’t have anything – it’s just one of those things that doesn’t come up very often. Most warehouse lofts are developed in historic buildings that weren’t built with housing residents in mind. Further, most of them are registered historic buildings, so adding balconies and\/or patios after the fact is not an option.<\/p>\n

That being said, there are a handful of lofts with yards in the Deep Ellum area, and we just got a call yesterday about one coming up for a late May move-in!
