The Arts District, Main Street Garden, and soon to open Klyde Warren Park (Woodall Rodgers Park) are just a few of the recent projects that are bringing residents back to Downtown Dallas. Many of Downtown’s historic buildings<\/a> have been converted into modern high rise apartments or industrial lofts. Last Friday I stopped by a one of my favorite properties to get some pictures of their recent upgrades.
