With the Deep Ellum, Baylor and Fair Park rail stations access to the light rail is only steps or a couple of blocks away.  In addition to warehouse style lofts the area is home to a brand new &#8220;soft loft&#8221; communities with amenities including a deli and dry cleaner on-site.  Loft rentals in the area are currently ranging from $700-1800 per month, with a huge variety of finishes and layouts.
