Cedars Lofts Dallas

The Cedars area has always been a hub for industrial businesses. This neighborhood is full of warehouses & historic loft buildings. The restaurant and entertainment district on S. Lamar street is home to one of Dallas' first Alamo Drafthouse theaters and several popular music venues. Artist lofts and studios can be found in the small 10 - 20 unit historic buildings. Larger industrial buildings, including the original Sears Catalog building, have been converted to trendy loft-style apartment living.
