Loft Living enhanced by DART Rail Green Line!

With the recent opening of the DART green line residents of several loft communities in Deep Ellum and Fair Park find themselves in a much more pedestrian friendly neighborhood. With the Deep Ellum, Baylor and Fair Park rail stations access to the light rail is only steps or a couple of blocks away. In addition to warehouse style lofts the area is home to a brand new “soft loft” communities with amenities including a deli and dry cleaner on-site.
