The galleries of Deep Ellum and Exposition Park will open their doors to the public Saturday, October 9th from 6-10 p.m. Free to the public, this event will include art viewing, shopping, food, drink and music.
With over 15 galleries participating, including Kettle Art Gallery, Mitchell Lofts, Barry Whistler Gallery, The Wit Gallery and Continental Lofts gallery, a variety of mediums will be featured including painting, photography, pottery and sculpture.
Most galleries are walkable distance, though the DART green line is available to shuttle participants between the Deep Ellum and Fair Park Stations.
The Deep Ellum Art Walk should provide an excellent opportunity to support your local artists. The official after-party will be hosted by LaGrange, 2704 Elm St. from 10 pm – midnight. LaGrange is offering drink specials and no cover!
