A new community just opened in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Although it’s new to the public, the building has been around since the 1930’s and was once home to the Federal Post Office, Courthouse and FBI. The lobby and hallways (pictured above) which have been meticulously restored, include terracotta floors, distinctive light fixtures and fresco painted ceilings. The community boasts immediate dart access and is only two blocks from the Arts District. In addition, new residents will have access to a rooftop terrace/garden with breathtaking views, residents lounge, and executive lounge/theater. There are 4 private elevators to service 78 exclusive residences. Inside each residence, you will find a unique blend of historical features with modern appliances and finishes. First move-ins start Oct. 8th. For more pictures and information click here.
