After a year of construction, the newest residential high rise to join the Dallas skyline has just announced the completion date of their first set of apartments. Floors 6 – 10 are scheduled to be ready for move-in on July 1st.
I stopped by the building yesterday to get more info from their marketing center, and was able to tour a sample floor plan. WOW. This place going to be amazing. The attention to detail, resident amenities and panoramic city views are stunning. When complete, there will be 23 floors, 11 penthouse homes (4 of which have already pre-leased for Jan 2013 move-in!) over 300 residences and a roof-top deck that is nearly one acre.

They have started pre-leasing for all three phases of completion. Phase 1 is scheduled for July 1st, Phase 2 in October, and 3rd and final phase in January 2013. There are 4 finishes to choose from. These finishes include granite color, hardwood color, cabinet color, and the bedroom carpet color. If you lease now, you can pick your favorite location/finish combination and they will install it as requested.
Currently 1 bedrooms are starting in the mid $1400s, 2 bedrooms starting around $2900 and up.
